Sterling
Sterling is a crypto multimillionaire. He made his money, stepped back, and is effectively retired from the day-to-day. He runs multiple brands and operates at a level most people his age don't even know exists.
Sterling brings the network and standards to Ascent. He's the one who's been in the rooms, done the deals, and knows what caliber looks like. His job inside Ascent is making sure the membership bar stays high, and unqualified people never see the inner circle.
Alex
Alex is the founder of the most prestigious and tenured creator marketing agencies in the United States, serial ecommerce entrepreneur, consultant, and equity holder to dozens of luxury brands. In addition, he's personally changed the lives of thousands of everyday people.
Alex runs the business and operations side of Ascent. The trip logistics, event execution, and partnerships. He's the guy who makes sure the experience matches the promise.
